Using the service
You may use image-to-video.dev to create videos from images you have the right to use. You are responsible for your uploads, prompts, outputs, and how you publish or distribute them.
Prohibited content
Do not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation, deceptive impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to bypass technical limits and safeguards.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Generations may be queued, fail, or vary in quality. Free access and generation limits may change as we maintain capacity and prevent abuse.
Outputs and rights
You must evaluate whether you have sufficient rights to use an output, especially for commercial use. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
