Privacy policy
What we process
When you generate a video, we process the image, motion prompt, selected settings, and technical request data needed to provide and protect the service. We do not require an account for the first version of the service.
Analytics
We use Pageview.app to understand aggregate visits and which pages are useful. When the analytics script loads, your browser may send the page address, referring page, and basic browser or request information to Pageview.app. We do not send uploaded images or motion prompts to Pageview.app.
AI service provider
Images and prompts are sent to our AI infrastructure provider, Kie.ai, to create the requested video. Input and generated files may be retained temporarily by the provider so the generation can be completed and downloaded. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or unlawful material.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical safeguards and avoid storing uploaded images in our own application database. Temporary provider URLs can expire, so download outputs you want to keep.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit an image. You can also block analytics requests with browser privacy controls or content-blocking software. For privacy questions or removal requests involving data we control, email privacy@image-to-video.dev.

We may update this policy as the product develops. The date above shows the latest revision.
